The Jagger concept is the essence of former Michelin chef Rasmus Oubæk’s vision to create a high-quality alternative to the traditional and existing burger chains. Oubæk & the Jagger team wanted to create a modern, urban burger joint with a local atmosphere where you can rely on freshly made burgers from high-quality produce with great taste.
At Jagger, we are driven by our love for food. That’s why we care so much about how we grind our Norwegian meat to gain just the perfect structure in the beef. And why the key ingredients in our burgers and sides are all carefully selected by our focus on great taste, high quality, and crafty no-nonsense attitude.
We make our bearnaise dip from Oubæk’s recipe every day, use real strawberries and Belgian chocolate in our milkshakes, and make our organic brioche buns at our own bakery to get that perfect chewy bite. Because even minor details can make a great difference. We are continuously working on our menu to accommodate requests for, e.g., plant-based alternatives and veggie and vegan options. So whether you like meat or not, we’ve got you - and you can rest assured that we never compromise on quality.
